Eye Candy takes Giant Screen Media to Hong Kong
Eye Candy continues to develop its ‘OUTDOOR BROADCAST’ association with the International Film Industry. Having already secured long term partnerships with the worlds largest, oldest and most glamorous International Film Festivals,
Eye Candy is continuously penetrating other equally renowned yet distinct film events around the world.
The Hong Kong International Film Festival transforms Hong Kong into a moviegoers paradise for a hectic 16 days.
The days to be in town are 8th to 23rd April 2003.
The Hong Kong International Film Festival (HKIFF), one of Asia’s most reputable film festivals and one of Hong Kong’s largest and most visible arts events, is renowned for its high profile and excellent programming, attracting every year over the Easter Holidays a young (15-45 yr.) audience, overseas professionals and international journalists.
The upcoming April is going to be the 27th year of the festival. Organized by Hong Kong Arts Development Council, the festival will be featuring screenings of over 200 representing films from more than 40 countries in the world and bringing in more than 200 film professionals from all over the world.
In line with this 27th birthday celebration for the festival, the Hong Kong International Film Festival has asked Eye Candy Media to provide its captive Outdoor Broadcast media concept to bring the festival on to the streets of Hong Kong.
The Eye Candy screen will (as usual) be featuring key features of the festival including movie trailers, other exciting festival footage and will be the only central source of audio-visual information for over 100,000 festival goers as well as the general public that pass through the area in Hong Kong during the event.
