EYE CANDY RETURNS TO PHILADELPHIA

Eye Candy is always looking for new ways to develop its exciting outdoor broadcast concept. Building on its International Film Festival Expertise, Eye Candy is for the third year running the ‘Official and Exclusive Outdoor broadcasters for the Philadelphia Film Festival.
This year it takes place from the 8th – 21st April.
By exploring new avenues and developing new partnerships, Eye Candy will be presenting this Major International Philadelphia event in the cities premier performing arts and entertainment district. Known to many as South Broad Street, but known to most as The Avenue of the Arts, there is no better place in the city for this fabulous medium.
The district is home to many world renowned performance venues, and features a world-class performing arts center (The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts).
It also provides a home to eight performance companies, two college-level arts schools, one high school for performing arts, and numerous high-end retail shops.
The district is also served by excellent transportation facilities.
The screen will be premiered right in front of The Doubletree Hotel. The Doubletree Hotel site is one of the most highly-trafficked areas along the Avenue of the Arts, located directly across the street from Philadelphia's Opera House (the Academy of Music) and the Merriam Theatre, and a half-block from the Wilma Theatre and the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts.
It is with great pride that in 2003 we will broadcast key features of the Philadelphia Festival of World Cinema to the public of Philadelphia in this most prestigious of locations.
